Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the 898pkr support team via Live Chat or email. Prior to closure, any outstanding real-money balance (net of unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to KYC completion.
898pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, underage gambling, or any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
